How can I pay for my reservation?
You can pay in cash / bank transfer, or by credit or debit card (American Express, MasterCard and Visa, Visa Electron and Maestro).
How does online payment work?
To pay online, go back to the home page of our website and select the rental pick-up and return location and dates. Then click "Reserve" (Reservar) on the car you want to rent. Finally, enter your card details and complete the payment.
Does the rental price include insurance?
Yes, the basic coverage required to drive. It includes third-party liability insurance and insurance with a deductible (franquicia) payable by the customer in the event of damage, theft or rollover. The basic coverage carries a deductible, which varies depending on the vehicle category.
Can I return the car in another city?
Yes. Within Argentina, you can return the vehicle in a city different from the one where it was picked up. This drop-off service (return fee) may carry an additional charge, which you can view before finalizing your reservation.
Can I leave the country with the car?
Yes. Móvil Renta allows you to leave the country with the vehicle to neighboring countries such as Brazil, Chile and Uruguay, provided it is requested with the minimum required notice (7 days) in advance and the applicable fee for the exit permit is paid.
Do you offer an emergency service?
Yes. We have an emergency service that you can reach by calling the ON-DUTY (GUARDIA) phone number listed in your rental contract.
Do you offer additional services?
Yes. We offer a wide variety of additional services and equipment to cover every need: child car seat, booster seat, deductible reduction for damage or missing items, additional driver, and border-crossing permits.
Can I rent on a monthly basis?
